Jeddah: His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, met with Abdel Fattah El Sisi, President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, in Jeddah.
According to Bahrain News Agency, regional developments were discussed, foremost among them the repercussions of the military escalation in the Middle East and its impact on the security and stability of the region and the world, as well as efforts to coordinate in this regard.
The meeting underscored that the repeated hostile Iranian attacks on Gulf Cooperation Council countries and the targeting of vital and civilian facilities constitute a dangerous escalation that threatens regional security and stability.
During the meeting, President El Sisi reiterated Egypt's condemnation of the repeated Iranian attacks on Saudi Arabia and countries of the region, affirming Egypt's support and solidarity with the Kingdom against any threat to its sovereignty and security.
