Riyadh: Major General Turki Al Malki, spokesperson of the Ministry of Defence of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, announced that a ballistic missile targeting the Riyadh region was intercepted and destroyed.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the announcement was made by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA). The interception and destruction of the missile underscore the ongoing security measures undertaken by Saudi Arabia to protect its territories from external threats. Major General Al Malki stated that the defense forces are continuously vigilant to ensure the safety and security of the region.
