Saudi Arabia Enhances Air Connectivity with Serbia, Indonesia

Riyadh: The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with the Republic of Serbia in the field of air transport, in addition to signing a record of discussions with the Republic of Indonesia to develop cooperation in the same sector.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the agreement with Serbia aims to enhance bilateral cooperation and establish regulatory frameworks for air transport in line with the Saudi civil aviation sector strategy to build international partnerships and expand the operational network of national carriers.

The General Authority of Civil Aviation of Saudi Arabia also held a round of discussions with its Indonesian counterpart to update the operational framework in line with the goals of the national aviation strategy, which targets more than 250 destinations and an increase in the number of passengers to 330 million annually. The discussions resulted in the signing of a record that contributes to improving the travel experience and enhancing air connectivity between the two countries.
