Saudi Arabia and Spain Enhance Security Cooperation with New Plan

Riyadh: Saudi Arabia and Spain have signed a security cooperation plan following an official discussion between Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior of Saudi Arabia, and Fernando Grande-Marlaska, Minister of Interior of Spain. The session was convened under the directives of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to bolster security ties between the two nations.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting focused on strengthening collaboration in combating crime and tracking offenders, countering international drug-trafficking networks and money laundering, and enhancing the exchange of expertise between the two ministries. The agreement marks a significant step in the bilateral relations of Saudi Arabia and Spain, focusing on addressing shared security challenges.
