Manama:The Saudi Minister of Economy and Planning and Bahrain's Minister of Finance co-chaired a video conference meeting of the Coordination Committee, a part of the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa and Faisal F. Alibrahim led discussions focused on the longstanding strategic partnership between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, emphasizing the ongoing development and strong ties between the two nations.
The meeting highlighted the significant role of the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council, chaired by Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa and Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, in promoting cooperation and integration. The discussions aimed at enhancing bilateral relations to benefit both countries.
Participants reviewed the progress of previously approved initiatives and recommendations, along with the outcomes of joint working groups managing priority projects. The meeting also explored ways to further strategic partnerships in economy, energy, trade, and industry to achieve common goals.
