RHF Secretary General Applauds Recognition of Gold-Rated Service Centres

Manama: Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Secretary General of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF), has highlighted the Foundation's ongoing efforts to enhance its services, focusing on efficiency and quality improvements. These efforts align with the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Honourary President of the RHF, to elevate humanitarian work and provide optimal services to all target groups.

According to Bahrain News Agency, Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa emphasized the support from His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. The RHF's Customer Service Centre, recognized among government service centres awarded the gold category under the 'Taqyeem 5' programme, motivates RHF staff to continue delivering services to beneficiaries adhering to the highest quality standards. The Secretary General expressed pride in the Foundation's gold category rating, marking it as a significant milestone in RHF's achievements in humanitarian and charitable work, both within Bahrain and abroad.

The Secretary General noted that this accomplishment reflects the directives of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of HM the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the RHF Board of Trustees. The directives include applying the highest standards of quality management systems, enhancing institutional performance with efficiency and transparency, simplifying procedures for beneficiaries, and supporting comprehensive digital transformation with integrated electronic platforms for application and support tracking.

Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa also expressed gratitude to all RHF staff and those managing the Customer Service Centre for their efforts, which enabled the Centre to participate in the programme and achieve the gold rating.
