RERA CEO: E-Service for Private Notaries Streamlines Real Estate Sales Through Government Integration


Manama: Ebrahim Mohammed Abul, CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), announced that the launch of the e-service for private notaries aims to streamline and simplify real estate sales by developing electronic integration between relevant government entities.



According to Bahrain News Agency, this initiative is expected to accelerate real estate investment and boost its contribution to the national economy. The service, introduced by the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, will enhance the efficiency of property sales by enabling electronic verification of regulatory requirements, significantly reducing transaction processing time.



The e-service facilitates contract and power of attorney documentation through a secure digital verification system that meets the highest accuracy and security standards.
