Manama, Ahmed bin Salman Al Musallam, the Council of Representatives congratulated Hassan bin Abdullah Al Ghanim, the Speaker of the Qatari Shura Council, on the anniversary of the Accession of the Amir of Qatar, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, to the Throne.
