Manama: The Public Prosecution affirmed that ongoing regional developments and the external aggression facing the Kingdom have not and will not hinder the full and strict enforcement of the law.
According to Bahrain News Agency, it stated that any practices harmful to the public interest, those that undermine the national spirit, or any actions that may materially or morally affect the official efforts undertaken to protect society and safeguard public interests, constitute criminal offences punishable by law in all forms and manifestations.
The Public Prosecution urged citizens and residents to avoid incurring criminal liability by refraining from publishing or circulating rumours, information or news not issued by the Kingdom's official authorities, and from engaging in any conduct that promotes hostile acts, undermines stability, harms national unity, intimidates citizens and residents, or weakens confidence in national capabilities.
