Medina: The Prophet's Mosque welcomed pilgrims after completing Hajj this year, with an integrated service system that ensures a safe and comfortable worship experience.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque provided a comprehensive package of operational and guidance services. This included spatial guidance, information centers, multilingual inquiry services, and digital awareness initiatives aimed at familiarising pilgrims with the facilities and services available within the Prophet's Mosque and its courtyards.
The field teams work around the clock to provide Zamzam water, maintain facilities, conduct cleaning and sanitization operations, and assist elderly visitors and people with disabilities, reflecting the Kingdom's commitment to serving worshippers and ensuring their comfort.
