Manama: The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) has announced the selection of 15 employees from across government entities as part of the 11th intake of the Prime Minister’s Fellowship Program.
According to Bahrain News Agency, following a rigorous evaluation process, the selected candidates include Bayan Abduljalil AlAjaimi from the Ministry of Health, Jassim Ahmed Alateya from the Electricity and Water Authority, and Hanin Aref Marsal from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce. Others chosen are Sara Ebrahim Abbas from the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications and Sara Mohamed Ghuloom from Government Hospitals. Salman Isa AlMannai from the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority and Salman Mohamed AlJawder from the Ministry of Interior are also among the selected candidates.
The program also includes Abdulla Ameen AlAamer from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Abdulla Ali AlMahdi from the Ministry of Education, and Isa Hasn AlSaqr from the Urban Planning and Development Authority. Faisal Husain AlF
aqeer from the Ministry of Information, Nasser Raed Nasser from the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf, and Muhannad Mohamed AlDoy from the Ministry of Legal Affairs are also participants. Completing the list are Noof Abdulaal Habib Abdulaal from Primary Healthcare Centers and Sayed Yusuf Aaref Mohamed from the Electricity and Water Authority.
The Prime Minister’s Fellowship Program aims to prepare qualified young government professionals through a one-year secondment at the Prime Minister’s Office. During this period, they receive training in research, analysis, and leadership skills, which enables them to gain experience in policymaking and implementation. Through their direct work with senior officials and decision-makers at the PMO, the candidates strengthen their expertise, positively impacting their roles within their respective government entities.
