Manama: The Prime Minister's Office (PMO) has announced the end of the registration period for the upcoming 12th edition of the Prime Minister's Fellowship Program. This initiative is designed to invest in the national workforce, develop their skills, and strengthen their expertise, aligning with the vision and directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. According to Bahrain News Agency, the program also aims to enhance government performance and support the Kingdom's continued comprehensive development. Registration for the 12th edition was open from Wednesday, 1 July 2026, to Saturday, 1 August 2026, and received a strong response, with approximately 2000 applications from employees across various government agencies. All applicants are subjected to a rigorous evaluation process that includes application reviews, interviews, and aptitude tests in preparation for the final selection. Since its inception in 2015, the Prime Minister's Fellowship P rogram has played a significant role in developing the capabilities of the national workforce across the public sector. Successful participants gain invaluable experience and insights into the latest knowledge and international best practices in leadership, management, and decision-making, while actively contributing to the implementation of government programs and initiatives.
