Pilgrims head from Mount Arafat to Muzdalifa

JEDDAH, Pilgrims headed to Muzdalifa at sunset Saturday after completing the major rite of Hajj at Mount Arafat. The pilgrims will be staying the night at Muzdalifa, the third phase of Hajj rituals. They will be performing Maghreb and Ishaa prayers at Muzdalifa, following footsteps of Prophet Mohammed (peace be upon him), then heading to Mina after Dawn prayers tomorrow to toss the devils with stones before sacrificing the livestock. The movement of pilgrims between Hajj sites was smooth due to the Saudi authorities’ efforts to facilitate and secure their journey.
