Manama: The Executive Office of the National Plan to Promote the Spirit of Belonging to the Nation and Reinforce the Values of Nationalism (Bahrainouna) recently organized a special event at EPIX Cinema, showcasing the finalists of the Generations Challenge competition. The event brought together students, creatives, and representatives from schools and civil society to celebrate creativity and national belonging.
According to Bahrain News Agency, more than 150 digital entries from across the Kingdom of Bahrain were presented, each creatively expressing national values. This screening was the culmination of a series of activities, including awareness tours and interactive workshops aimed at encouraging young people to participate and express their sense of belonging through digital media.
Major General Mohammed Bin Daina, Supervisor of the Executive Office for the Bahrainouna plan, expressed gratitude to partners such as EPIX Cinema and Zain Bahrain for supporting young talent. He praised the creativity and ambition of the participants, highlighting the strong connection between national identity and creative expression.
From May 4-10, the Bahrainouna exhibition took place at Seef Mall, featuring six main areas: art, heritage and identity, technology and innovation, sports, volunteering, and youth entrepreneurship. Visitors were encouraged to vote on the entries, fostering community participation. The final cinema screening marked the end of months of collaborative effort, showcasing the community's role in promoting national values through innovative digital content.
