Bali: One person was killed and another injured in a shooting incident on the Indonesian island of Bali, police confirmed on Saturday. An Australian man died from gunshot wounds at a villa near Mengwi Beach in Badung, Bali, while another Australian was injured in the same attack, according to Local police chief Arief Batubara.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Batubara stated that an investigation has been launched and that police are currently seeking witnesses. The victims were transported to a hospital in Denpasar, the capital of Bali. Batubara mentioned that the motive and perpetrator remain unknown pending the outcome of the investigation.
