A Palestinian child died Saturday of wounds he sustained last week during an Israeli army raid into the city of El-Bireh, near ramallah in the occupied West Bank, the Palestinian Health Ministry said.

It said the latest fatality raised the number of Palestinians killed by army fire in the West Bank since Israel launched the war on the Gaza Strip on October 7 to 550, including 135 children.

Also today, Israeli occupation forces arrested 25 Palestinians, including former prisoners, during raids across the West Bank, bringing the total number of people rounded up since October 7 to more than 9,325, according to the Commission for the Affairs of Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners and the Palestinian Prisoners’ Club.

They said in a statement that the arrests took place in Nablus, Ramallah, Tulkarm, Hebron, and Jenin.
