OCA Appoints HH Shaikh Isa bin Ali as Vice President for 3rd Asian Youth Games in Bahrain

Muscat: The Executive Board of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) has appointed His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa, Vice President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC), as Vice President of the OCA for the 3rd Asian Youth Games. The event will be hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain from October 22-31, following his nomination by BOC. According to Bahrain News Agency, HH Shaikh Isa bin Ali expressed his appreciation to His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, First Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports (SCYS), Chairman of the General Sports Authority (GSA), and President of BOC, for his nomination. HH Shaikh Isa bin Ali also expressed appreciation to the OCA Executive Board for their trust and highlighted Bahrain's reputation for hosting major sporting events, supported by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
