Manama: In continuation of its efforts to support Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), the National Bureau for Revenue (NBR) is organising an interactive engagement session set to take place on Tuesday, August 26. This initiative aims to enhance the VAT compliance journey for SMEs.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the session is part of the Musanada initiative launched by the NBR, bringing together a group of the bureau's specialists to provide comprehensive and practical support to attendees. The event is designed to facilitate direct communication between the NBR and businesses, offering immediate responses to inquiries on various VAT-related topics. These include an overview of VAT registration procedures, updating registered information with the NBR, simplifying the processes of submitting VAT returns and payments, amending estimated assessments, and concluding with the deregistration mechanism, subject to the fulfillment of applicable conditions.
The NBR invites SMEs interested in attending the session to register via the NBR's official website by completing the available registration form. Registered participants will be contacted later with all relevant details.
