Manama: Rana Ebrahim Faqihi, CEO of the National Bureau of Revenue (NBR), highlighted the role of Bahraini women in advancing the kingdom's economic and developmental progress. She noted that their achievements reflect the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the guidance of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, which have empowered women to attain prominent local and international standing.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Faqihi commended the Supreme Council for Women, led by Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, for launching initiatives that foster women's innovation, leadership, and active participation in national development.
She emphasised that Bahraini women's successes are a source of national pride and a testament to the ongoing journey of empowerment, wishing continued excellence and contributions from women toward the nation's progress and prosperity.
