Manama: Shaikh Mohammed bin Essa Al Khalifa, Advisor for Political and Economic Affairs at the Court of the Crown Prince and Board Member and Head of the Financial and Administrative Committee of the Crown Prince's International Scholarship Programme (CPISP), received a cheque on behalf of the Programme from the National Bank of Bahrain (NBB). The cheque was presented by Usman Ahmed, Group Chief Executive Officer of NBB, as part of the bank's role as a platinum sponsor of CPISP.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting underscores NBB's ongoing commitment to supporting Bahraini youth through its sponsorship of CPISP. Shaikh Mohammed bin Essa emphasized the significant support from His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, in investing in the education of the Kingdom's youth. This investment aims to equip them with skills necessary for the labor market and create opportunities for a progressive future.
Shaikh Mohammed bin Essa expressed gratitude towards NBB for its sustained support and generous contributions to CPISP. He acknowledged that the sponsors' backing has played a crucial role in achieving the Programme's goals, which focus on nurturing the talents and abilities of outstanding Bahraini individuals.
Usman Ahmed highlighted the continuous support of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister for educational and training programs aimed at youth development. He affirmed that NBB's involvement with CPISP is a reflection of its dedication to supporting educational and developmental initiatives that pave the way for future national leaders.
