National Guard Leaders Discuss Military Cooperation between Bahrain and UAE

Manama: Field Marshal His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, Commander of the National Guard, received Major General Saleh Mohammed bin Muqrin Al Ameri, Commander of the UAE National Guard. The meeting, which was also attended by Lieutenant General Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Saud Al Khalifa, the National Guard Staff Director, focused on enhancing bilateral cooperation.

According to Bahrain News Agency, HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa emphasized the strong Bahraini-Emirati relations and the significance of bolstering collaborative efforts, especially in military and defense sectors. The discussions highlighted the mutual interests of both nations in these areas.

The meeting included a review of the ongoing cooperation and coordination between the National Guards of Bahrain and the UAE. Both parties discussed the exchange of expertise in training and other related fields as a way to strengthen their ties.

Major General Al Amiri expressed his appreciation for the long-standing relationship between Bahrain and the UAE. He reaffirmed his country's dedication to furthering efforts to enhance these relations under the guidance of both nations' leadership.
