Designed to help organisations navigate operational challenges, the platform supports resilience and efficiency in the face of evolving business demands. This initiative is part of NCST's commitment to providing smart, locally developed solutions through its AI research and development team.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the platform is a tool for integration and cooperation with various institutions, underscoring NCST's dedication to business sustainability. It features AI-powered virtual assistants that enable proactive management of operational challenges, providing real-time safety guidance, tracking employee activity and availability, and forecasting workforce needs in critical roles.
Furthermore, the platform incorporates AI and the Internet of Things to deliver smart alerts and advanced dashboards for decision-makers. It supports predictive management of energy and water consumption and offers immediate AI-assisted support during emergencies. By linking systems, sensors, and communication tools, it enhances internal coordination and operational integration, allowing organisations to manage crises more effectively.
NCST has invited interested entities to contact the platform team, confirming the platform's availability for full use to bolster institutional readiness and continuity. Dr. Abdulla Naser Al Noaimi, CEO of NCST, highlighted the platform as an intelligent solution developed by the centre's AI team, showcasing their advanced capabilities.
