Manama: The Nasser Centre for Science and Technology has announced the launch of its Executive Management Retreat Programme, marking an expansion into strategic leadership, executive management, and institutional development.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the programme is designed for executives, team leaders, emerging leaders, strategic planners, and business developers. It emphasizes areas such as executive decision-making, forward-looking leadership, governance, strategic vision and planning, risk management, institutional transformation, and influence.
The initiative aims to enhance leadership capabilities, focusing on strategic decision-making, governance, and effective leadership. Participants will be equipped to lead change, link strategic planning with performance and results, build resilient and sustainable organizations, and translate institutional strategies into measurable initiatives and decisions.
This programme forms part of the Nasser Centre for Science and Technology's efforts to broaden its capacity-building programmes.
