Mwani Qatar Handles Over 78,000 TEUs in June

Doha: Mwani Qatar reported that Qatari ports managed over 78,000 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) in June, showing a 13% increase compared to May. The ports also welcomed 121 vessels over the month, representing a 21% rise from the previous month. According to Bahrain News Agency, the ports processed nearly 23,000 tonnes of general cargo and over 67,000 tonnes of bulk cargo. This marked a 40% increase in bulk cargo volumes from May.
