Manama: Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak, Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture, visited the Ninth Constituency in the Southern Governorate to review the Urban Development Project for Cities and Villages. Minister Al Mubarak emphasised that the project is a key developmental initiative that supports enhanced services for Bahraini families. He noted the Ministry's commitment to mobilising all resources to ensure its efficient implementation in line with established plans.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the visit included meetings with homeowners whose houses have been completed or are under construction as part of the project. Discussions focused on construction, renovation, and the provision of essential facilities. The minister commended the cooperation of the Southern Area Municipal Council and other municipal bodies involved in the project, which is being implemented by a specialised team of engineers to ensure quality, timely delivery, and alignment with citizens' expectations. He noted that citizen satisfaction remains the primary standard for evaluating service success.
MP Ali Saqer Al Doseri, Representative of the Ninth Constituency, commended the project and its services, particularly its maintenance and renovation components. He underscored the legislative authority's support for the initiative and highlighted the government's commitment to ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to citizens.
