Manama:The Ministry of Social Development held a workshop to introduce a new electronic system designed for civil organisation services. Representatives from civil society organisations and Atyaf for Technical Solutions, the developers of the system, participated in the event.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the workshop aimed to familiarize participants with the system's electronic services and procedures, showcasing its key features and usage. This initiative is part of the Ministry's efforts to streamline procedures, enhance service efficiency, and advance digital transformation.
Ziad Adel Darwish, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Development, attended the workshop, which included presentations on the system's components and services relevant to the work of civil organisations. Participants were provided with explanations on how to access and utilize the available services and procedures.
Darwish emphasized that the development of electronic services is a reflection of the Ministry's commitment to improving procedural efficiency and facilitating access to services for organisations. He highlighted the importance of incorporating user feedback to refine the system to meet operational needs.
During the workshop, representatives from civil society organisations engaged actively by raising questions and offering suggestions. This interaction allowed the Ministry to identify user needs and consider their views for further development of electronic services.
