Military Intelligence arrested 20 defendants in various cases, including two on charges of terrorism, in Anbar, Nineveh and Maysan.
The Intelligence Directorate’s media stated in a statement that: ‘With separate duties and diligent efforts and in accordance with accurate intelligence information, and in cooperation with the security forces present in the areas of responsibility and through tight ambushes, two terrorists wanted by the Iraqi judiciary were arrested in accordance with the provisions of Article (4/Terrorism) in Al-Qaim and Tal Afar districts and (18) accused of various legal cases in the districts of Qalaat Saleh, Al-Qaim, and the districts of Wana and Hammam Al-Alil, and they were handed over to the requesting authorities.
