Light Fog Expected in Parts of Bahrain

Manama: The Meteorological Directorate at the Ministry of Transportation and Telecommunications has announced that parts of the Kingdom of Bahrain may experience a slight drop in horizontal visibility due to light fog formation during the late-night and early-morning hours of Thursday and Friday, October 9-10.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the weather conditions are expected to gradually improve starting Saturday, October 11. This improvement is attributed to a shift in winds to a northwesterly direction, ranging from moderate to brisk. The northwesterly winds are forecast to persist for several days, which will contribute to a noticeable drop in humidity levels.

This weather transition signifies the beginning of a shift towards milder conditions, enhancing comfort levels and alleviating the high humidity experienced in recent weeks.

The Meteorological Directorate has advised citizens and residents to exercise caution while driving during early morning hours when visibility may be reduced and to follow official weather updates and advisories through authorised channels.
