Libyan-Tunisian security coordination to address bottlenecks in the movement of travelers at the Ras Ajdir port.

The committee assigned by the GNU-Ministry of Interior held a meeting with the Tunisian side on addressing bottlenecks and difficulties in the movement of travelers through the Ras Ajdir border crossing between Libya and Tunisia.

The Ministry stated that the meeting discussed appropriate work mechanisms to address bottlenecks and difficulties at Ras Ajdir in order to ensure the smooth flow of passengers and goods.

The meeting included, from the Libyan side, the Head of the Criminal Investigation Service, the Director of Tripoli Security, the Director of Security at Ras Jadir Port, the Head of the Oversight Office of the Internal Security Agency at the port, and a delegate from the Office of the Minister of Interior, while the Tunisian side included the Chief of Police of Ras Jadir Governorate, his assistant, and the Head of the Inspection Office in Diwanah, Tunisia.
