Manama: Yousif bin Abdulhussain Khalaf, Minister of Legal Affairs and Acting Minister of Labour, inaugurated the 17th Annual Human Resources Management (HRM) Summit Award, organized by Roshcomm. The event witnessed the participation of over 200 administrative leaders, training officials, and human resources professionals from Bahrain and around the globe.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the minister emphasized the importance of such specialized conferences as vital platforms for exchanging expertise and discussing the latest developments in human resources management. He reiterated Bahrain's dedication to nurturing national talent and strengthening institutional capabilities to achieve sustainable development goals.
During the event, the minister recognized supporting entities, participating companies, and individuals and institutions that have demonstrated exemplary leadership and initiatives in the field of human resources management within the public and private sectors of the region.
M. A. Sridhar, Chief Executive Officer of Roshcomm, underscored the significance of the annual conference in promoting and advancing the human resources sector. He praised the Ministry of Labour for its active contribution to the conference's success, noting that the participation of leading regional and international experts enhances knowledge exchange and human capital development, reinforcing Bahrain's leadership in human resources advancement.
The conference featured three specialized workshops led by HR experts from various countries. These workshops showcased innovative human resources management initiatives and highlighted global best practices in training and institutional capacity building.
