Legal Affairs Minister hails Bahrain-UK ties

Legal Affairs Minister Yusuf bin Abdulhussein Khalaf held meetings with House of Commons MP, Chair of the Justice Committee Bob Neill, Victoria Mary Prentis, Attorney General for England and Wales, and Alastair King, Sheriff of the City of London.

The meetings were held on the sidelines of the visit of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister to the United Kingdom.

Khalaf commended longstanding relations binding Bahrain and the UK, spanning more than two centuries, stressing Bahrain’s keenness on further bolstering joint ties and expanding cooperation.

He praised the advanced level of bilateral coordination, highlighting legal cooperation between the two countries. Regional and international issues of common interest were discussed.
