Beirut: Dr. Paul Morcos, Minister of Information of Lebanon, received Waheed Mubarak Sayyar, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to Lebanon, residing in Damascus. The Lebanese Minister expressed his pride in the strong bilateral relations between Bahrain and Lebanon, and affirmed the importance of enhancing cooperation in the fields of media and information technology. He also highlighted the value of exchanging expertise to strengthen joint Arab media work and advance shared objectives.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the Bahraini Ambassador praised the relations between the two countries, noting the importance of continuous communication and coordination between media institutions and of further developing bilateral media cooperation for the benefit of both nations and peoples. The meeting also explored means to expand media collaboration between Bahrain and Lebanon and reviewed topics of mutual interest.
