Lamea Association and KFH-Bahrain Confirm Sponsorship for National Youth Project

Manama: The Board of Directors of Lamea Association and Kuwait Finance House - Bahrain (KFH-Bahrain) have officially signed a sponsorship agreement for the Lamea National Project, with the ceremony attended by Rawan bint Najeeb Tawfeeqi, the Minister of Youth Affairs. The agreement signifies a pivotal step in the ongoing development of youth initiatives in Bahrain.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the signing was executed by Shaikha Dwa bint Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Lamea Association, and Dr. Shadi Zahran, Group Chief Executive Officer of KFH-Bahrain. Minister Tawfeeqi highlighted the transformation of the Lamea National Project from a youth programme into a national platform aimed at identifying and nurturing Bahraini talent. The project is designed to enhance participants' academic and professional journeys, equipping them with the skills necessary to contribute effectively to the Kingdom's development.

The Minister emphasized that the project's vision aligns with that of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Majesty's Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs. She praised the project's role in investing in Bahraini youth by providing the necessary resources and opportunities to harness their potential.
