Manama: His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Labour, visited Al Kooheji Contractors as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen collaboration between the ministry and private sector enterprises supporting national employment initiatives. During the visit, he met with Abdulghaffar Al Kooheji, Chairman of the company.
According to Bahrain News Agency, HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman reviewed the company's strategy for attracting and empowering Bahraini talent across various departments. His Highness highlighted its role in supporting employment initiatives and its commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment, particularly by integrating people of determination and providing opportunities for professional growth.
While meeting company employees, HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman commended the contributions of the national workforce, noting their dedication, expertise, and professionalism.
He emphasised that Bahrain's construction and urban development sector continues to expand, creating diverse employment opportunities for citizens in administrative, engineering, project management, marketing, accounting, and supervisory roles.
HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Salman underscored the importance of prioritising national talent in private sector operations, particularly given the strong government support aimed at positioning Bahraini professionals as the preferred choice in the labour market.
