Manama: Yousef bin Abdulhussain Khalaf, Labour Minister and Minister of Legal Affairs, recently held a meeting with Justin Han, Co-Founder and President of Singapore Gulf Bank (SGB). Ali Moosa, Executive Vice Chairman of the Bank, was also in attendance during this significant discussion.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the meeting focused on exploring ways to enhance collaboration to support national initiatives aimed at generating employment opportunities for jobseekers and expanding career possibilities within the banking industry. Both parties examined the bank's initiatives and programs designed to attract Bahraini talent.
The discussions also centered around strategies to empower Bahrainis to occupy specialized roles in the banking sector. This initiative is part of a broader effort to boost the competitiveness of the national workforce, align with labor market objectives, and satisfy the economic sectors' demand for professionally qualified Bahraini talent.
