His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah on Monday sent a cable of condolences to President of Pakistan Dr. Arif Alvi over the victims of the terrorist attack that took place in northwestern Khyber province, resulting in multiple casualties.
