Kuwait PM congratulates Seychelles on Nat'l Day

His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Abdullah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah has sent a cable of congratulations to the President of Seychelles Wavel Ramkalawan on his country’s National Day.
