Kuwait city: The National Guard of the State of Kuwait announced that its Task Force successfully shot down two unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) and one drone at sites it is responsible for securing over the past 24 hours.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Brigadier Dr. Jadaan Fadhel, official spokesperson for the National Guard, said in a press statement that this measure comes as part of ongoing efforts to enhance security, protect vital sites, and counter any potential threats, calling on everyone to adhere to safety and security instructions issued by competent authorities.
He affirmed that the National Guard, in coordination with the army, police, and Kuwait Fire Force, remains on high alert and fully prepared to deal with any threats, firmly confronting anything that aims to undermine the country's security, sovereignty, and stability, while protecting national interests and resources.
