Kuwait city: The Ministry of Defence of the State of Kuwait announced that Kuwait's air defence systems detected nine hostile ballistic missiles within Kuwaiti airspace over the past 24 hours and successfully intercepted and engaged them without causing any material damage.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Colonel Staff Saud Al Atwan, the official spokesman of the Ministry of Defence of Kuwait, reported that four hostile UAVs were also detected, intercepted, and destroyed.
He stated that the Armed Forces affirm their capability, in full cooperation and coordination with various military, security, and state authorities, to continue carrying out their duties and responsibilities with the highest levels of readiness and efficiency, ensuring the security and stability of the country under the leadership.
