Kuwait Intercepts 17 Hostile Drones in Past 24 Hours

Kuwait city: The Ministry of Defence of the State of Kuwait announced that the armed forces detected 17 hostile drones within the country's airspace over the past 24 hours, confirming that all were dealt with in accordance with established procedures without resulting in any material damage or casualties.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the statement was delivered by Colonel Staff Saud Al Atwan, the Ministry's official spokesperson, during a media briefing on the latest developments and operational events amid ongoing Iranian attacks on Kuwait.

Al Atwan said that the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) unit of the Land Forces Engineering handled 15 reports during the same period in line with approved procedures.

The spokesperson affirmed that the armed forces continue to carry out their duties with efficiency and vigilance, maintaining a constant state of readiness to enhance national security and ensure the safety of citizens and residents.
