His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah sent on Thursday a cable of congratulations to US President Joseph Biden, on his country’s 248th Independence Day.
In the cable, His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled commended the historic and distinguished relations between the two friendly, wishing the American President good health and further progress and development for the United States and its friendly people.
