His Highness the Amir Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Sunday a cable of congratulations to the President of Rwanda Paul Kagame on the occasion of his country’s National Day.
In the cable, His Highness the Amir wished President Kagame everlasting good health and wellness and further progress and prosperity for his country and its friendly people.
