His Highness the Amir Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent on Wednesday a cable of congratulations to the President of the Republic of Madagascar, Andry Rajoelina, on his country’s national day.
In the cable, His Highness the Amir wished President Rajoelina good health and wellbeing and for Madagascar more progress and prosperity.
