Kuwait city: Colonel Saud Al Atwan, Spokesperson of the Ministry of Defence of the State of Kuwait, announced that Kuwaiti air defenses intercepted and destroyed three ballistic missiles in the southern part of the country within the past 24 hours. The announcement was made during the third media briefing of the Government Communication Center regarding “current developments.”
According to Bahrain News Agency, Col. Al Atwan mourned the loss of two servicemen from the Kuwait Ministry of Interior, Lieutenant Colonel Abdullah Emad Al Sharrah and Major Fahad Abdulaziz Al Mujammad, who were killed while performing their national duty. He stated that the country’s military authorities, in coordination with various state institutions, continue to diligently defend national security, preserve sovereignty, and ensure the safety of citizens and residents.
