King Hamad Global Center Launches Registration for Second Cohort of Leadership Program

Manama: Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the King Hamad Global Center for Coexistence and Tolerance, underscored the Center's dedication to fostering new generations of young leaders committed to promoting tolerance and understanding. This initiative aligns with the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the King Hamad Global Center for Coexistence and Tolerance has opened registration for the second cohort of the "King Hamad Leadership in Coexistence Program." This program is in collaboration with UK-based institutions "Faith in Leadership" and the "1928 Institute" of the University of Oxford. It aims to advance shared human values and impart global expertise to youth from Bahrain and GCC states, empowering them as ambassadors for peace.

The Chairman of the Board of Trustees highlighted the success of the first edition of the program and the Center's commitment to nurturing young talent. The program, through partnerships with esteemed international academic institutions, provides participants with leadership and knowledge skills. It includes interactive training, seminars by international experts, and practical applications in dialogue and peaceful conflict resolution.

In conjunction with the International Day of Peace, the Center invites Bahraini and GCC youth to register for the second cohort of the program from September 22 to November 03, via the Center's website: khgc.org.bh. The initiative offers educational and training opportunities, reinforcing peace and mutual understanding, and emphasizes Bahrain's role as a hub for coexistence and intercultural dialogue.
