Manama:His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa engaged in a telephone conversation with His Excellency Abdel Fattah El Sisi, the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
According to Bahrain News Agency, during the call, King Hamad expressed appreciation for a written message from President El Sisi that emphasized the strong relations between Bahrain and Egypt. The message also included an invitation for King Hamad to visit Egypt.
King Hamad praised President El Sisi for his efforts to strengthen Bahraini-Egyptian relations and acknowledged Egypt's supportive stance towards Bahrain under the President's leadership. He also lauded Egypt's pivotal role in safeguarding the interests of Arab countries.
The conversation also covered recent regional and international developments, with both leaders exchanging views on matters of mutual interest. King Hamad extended his best wishes to President El Sisi and Egypt for continued progress and prosperity.
