Manama: The Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf launched a new initiative across all licensed Generation Care Centres aimed at teaching youth about the Prophetic Sunnah, promoting Islamic values, and guiding their behaviour.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Dr. Ali Ameen Al Rayes, Director of the Religious Affairs Directorate, stated that the project is one of the strategic initiatives designed to support the outcomes of the Generation Care Centres. It provides structured, scholarly content that connects young people with the Prophetic Sunnah and serves as a foundation for developing balanced, socially active Muslim personalities.
Dr. Al Rayes added that the Tibyan project is a comprehensive programme combining knowledge and behaviour. It covers fifty Prophetic hadiths tailored to the students' age groups and includes simplified explanations of key terms, links between Prophetic values and everyday life situations, and practical activities that embed these meanings in the students' consciousness and daily behaviour.
He explained that the programme focuses on three main areas: Daily and nightly remembrance (athkar), etiquette of behaviour and interaction, and concepts of good citizenship. These areas address the intellectual and behavioural needs of young people. A dedicated guide has been prepared for those delivering the programme, containing clear behavioural objectives, modern practical activities that consider individual differences, and the use of digital tools and artificial intelligence applications to enhance engagement and participation.
Dr. Al Rayes also noted that the programme will be implemented periodically, with a six-month cycle comprising 24 hours of guidance and training. The Religious Affairs Directorate will monitor implementation in the field through regular reports, assess the programme's impact on participants, and work continuously on its development.
He emphasised that instilling the values of the Prophetic Sunnah in youth, and presenting them in a contemporary language, represents a genuine investment in building a generation with a strong identity, balanced behaviour, and the ability to be a constructive member of society.
