Manama: Nawaf bin Mohammed Al Ma'awda, Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, emphasised the importance of the recognition by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. This acknowledgment was directed at the Customer Service Centre at the Minors' Fund and Affairs Directorate, which was among the centres awarded the Gold classification under the fifth cycle of the Government Service Centres Evaluation Programme "Taqyeem 5". The recognition is seen as pivotal in advancing justice services and enhancing their quality and accessibility.
According to Bahrain News Agency, Al Ma'awda highlighted that this recognition supports ongoing efforts to develop justice services. He noted that it reflects the dedication of the Ministry's employees and strengthens a culture of excellence and institutional values across government operations.
Minister Al Ma'awda expressed gratitude towards the staff of the Customer Service Centre for their efforts, which were instrumental in achieving the gold classification. He emphasised the importance of sustaining these achievements and further enhancing user experience, particularly through the adoption of modern electronic applications.
