Jordanian Monarch Highlights Importance of Readiness During Air Force Command Visit

Amman: His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army, visited the Royal Jordanian Air Force Command. HM King Abdullah II emphasised the importance of maintaining the highest levels of readiness and carrying out duties with efficiency and effectiveness, particularly amid current regional challenges.

According to Bahrain News Agency, the Jordanian Monarch was briefed on key operational developments, combat readiness, defence capabilities, as well as modernisation and development plans. HM King Abdullah II toured the Command-and-Control Centre, reviewing the work of the Air Operations Department and surveillance and tracking systems, and their role in enhancing response efficiency to various threats, thereby strengthening the protection of the Kingdom's airspace.

The Jordanian Monarch also met several Royal Jordanian Air Force pilots, commending their professionalism in carrying out their duties. His Majesty expressed pride in the efforts of Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army personnel across various positions and their role in safeguarding the Kingdom's security and stability.
