A'ali:The Ministry of Social Development and the Ministry of Labour, in collaboration with private sector institutions and companies, are set to organize a job fair for People of Determination on October 14-15. The event will take place from 8 am to 2 pm at the Comprehensive Disability Complex, Building 9, in A'ali.
According to Bahrain News Agency, this fair is part of ongoing efforts to improve employment opportunities for People of Determination, enabling them to actively participate in the labor market. By providing job opportunities aligned with their qualifications and skills, the initiative seeks to promote economic independence and integration across various work fields.
The job fair aims to facilitate direct communication between jobseekers from the People of Determination and representatives from participating private sector institutions. This interaction will allow attendees to explore available vacancies and understand the requirements, helping to match job opportunities with the applicants’ qualifications and capabilities.
Furthermore, the event underscores the importance of public-private sector partnerships in supporting inclusive employment. It promotes equal opportunities and seeks to create supportive and enabling work environments for People of Determination, thus strengthening their contribution to Bahrain's economic and social development.
The ministries have extended an invitation to jobseekers from among People of Determination to attend the fair. Participants will have the opportunity to engage directly with company representatives to identify positions that suit their qualifications and skills.
